Our client had taken an Equipment on rent from Foriegn Company and now wants to pay rent on the same.
What is the rate of TDS to be deducted?
It is USA based company. Whether we have to see DTAA??

yes you need to look at the DTAA Article 12. rate of TDS should be 20%.
