Tds on parking charges and maintenance charges

10 June 2016 Dear Experts,
My company has got debitnote for the payment of parking and maintenance charges separately from the landlord.Can u please clarify me whether TDS should be deducted on parking charges and maintenace charges.If so,under what sections Parking charges and maintenace charges should be deducted.

10 June 2016 definition of rent is inclusive. It includes the parking charges, maintenance charges, etc. if the terms of rent agreement so provides. You can deduct the tax u/s 194 I
