Pl tell me Freight paid for Ocean freigt for Import & Export can tds to be Deducted or not tell me Expert replay with income tax Section

In most of the cases the ships leaving India will be assessed before departure and therefore No TDS needs to be made. Kindly go to provision of section 174 and the circulars from time to time.
