GUD EVENING EXPERTS.
WE HIRED A PERSON WHO SUPPLY US MILK FOR OUR EMPLOYEE..HE ALSO PURCHASE MILK FROM ANOTHER PARTY.
HIS MONTHLY BILL IN OUR BOOKS APPROX 8000.
MY QUERY IS THAT CAN I DEDUCT TDS ON HIS AMOUNT UNDER SECTION 194C
