Dear Sir
We purchase some antivirus support licence for our Internet Server and supplier is a dealer for Licence. He charged service tax on thease Licence. Can you advise me,Is there a TDS Liability on this?

Software licence will not attract TDS unless they specifically developed for the particular company. ready made software not attract TDS
