PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF I M RUNNING A PROPRIETOR SHIP FIRM AND MY TURNOVER UNDER TAX AUDIT , IN THAT CASE SHOULD I DEDUCT TDS ON INTEREST GIVEN TO UNSECURED LOAN.

If you file was subject to Tax Audit during Previous Year then you need to deduct TDS on Interest paid by you otherwise not.
