Whether TDS u/s 194C will be deducted if installation and commissioning, testing charges mentioned separately in the PO placed along with the item purchased? What is the exemption limit for the charges?

YES, SEC 194C IS APPLICABLE, IF TOTAL BILL IS NOT MORE THAN RS. 75000 DURING THE YEAR AND IF SINGALE BILL NOT MORE THAN OF RS. 30000

Total bill mean gross inclusive of commissioning charges or only commissioning charges.
