TDS on increasing system users

04 June 2010 Suppose, we are working with an ERP having maximum users 10.

We need to increase these users to 20 for which we have to pay additional charges to Vendor.

Now the question is whether we should deduct the tax on additional amount for increasing users?

If yes, under which section?

If no, please explain why we shouldn't.
