Tds on immovable property

14 January 2014 WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUBMIT THE 26QB IF I SOLD MY IMMOVABLE PROPERTY.

14 January 2014 the buyer is responsible for deduction of 1% tax, deposit of the same through Form 26QB and issuance of Form 16B...

14 January 2014 Buyer is liable and responsible to file the form 26QB for deducting TDS and depositing the same amount within the due date I.e within 7 days of next month. in case there is any delay in filing of TDS return then buyer is also liable for interest and Fees.

14 January 2014 chandan there is no fees here..only interest is applicable..
