EXPERTS, Can we deduct TDS on hotel accomodation & food bills (if yes, under which section, threshold limit & rate of dedn.)?

But Sanjay sir, Compns. like KEI, BKT, Gemscab are deducting TDS either on the gross amt. of bill or only room rent of the hotel
