Dear Sir,
I have participated in a exhibition sale and paid 54000/- .
There is any TDS applicable on me.

Exhibition sale attract section 194I as space is given against such payment. Since the amount is below threshold limit of Rs 1.8 lacs TDS not required to be deducted.
