TDS on DATA Processing Fees

Our Company is Paying to one person as DATA Processing Fees Rs. 3000/- per month. Whether TDS to be deduct or not ?

since it comes under contract. u neednot deduct tds since the total amount doesnot exceed Rs.50000.
