one of my client has trading business. They have a contract to sale goods to other party. Other party wants to deduct tax on this transaction.
As this is a contract to sale goods ,whether this action is justified?

No, Case Law BDA Ltd Vs (ITO) 2006, and also section 194C doesn't contain provision for suvh.
