We have taken a flat on rent for our companies register office. the rent of Rs93000 per year. is it applicable to TDS? if yes what will be the rate of TDS?

No TDS not applicable as rent amount is below threshold limit.

Agreed. It is covered u/s 194 I, but it is below threshold limit, hence no tds.
