Tds on arrear rent

23 July 2016 Earlier we had paid Rent@14000 P.M but from April-16 enhanced to RS.15200p.m. But we paid@14000p.m upto June-16 due non renewal of Agreement. Management decided to release arrear rent for the 3 months and Rent for the month July at enhanced rate@15200. we are confusing at TDS point of view.
