TDS on Advertisement

Our client had paid an advance of Rs. 65 lakhs in Sept'09 to an ad agency from which TDS U/s 194C @ rate of 1% was deducted. Now we have received invoices from the ad agency after oct 09. These include separate invoices for designing of ads, hiring of hoardings, agency commission for advertising in print media. Now, do we have to deduct TDS U/S 194J, 194I for designing of ads & hiring of hoardings respectively and @ what rates? if yes, can we pay balance TDS (after deducting TDS already paid) or else inter section TDS adjustments are not allowed. Please help!

As per my point of view there should not be change of section as your contract was of advertisement. separate bill can't change the original status of contract. So you have deducted TDS it is sufficient.
