Dear sir
my client have to pay RS 15000 pm to an outside accounting firm as accounting charge.
I have to know which section of TDS aplicable for it 194c or 194J.

TDS WOULD BE DEDUCTED UNDER SEC 194J, ITS A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES EVEN IF THERE IS ANY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTY
