22 April 2012 I Have filled my Income tax Return of AY 11-12 on 31.12.12. At the Time of filling the Income Tax Return I dont have TDS Certificate so i dont claim my TDS and its also not showing in 26AS at the time of filling
But now Its showing in 26as can i claimed that tds by revised the return or any other way to get back that TDS now ...

Please help me...

22 April 2012 I think you want to say you filed return on 31.12.11.

Since you had filed belated return u/s 139(4) you can not revise the return u/s 139(5).

I think you need to wait for receiving intimation u.s 143(1) and see if the TDS claim is actually given or not because claim of TDS will be given as per amount shown in 26AS. IF not given go for filing rectification and claim the TDS.

22 April 2012 but i have not claimed tds . So how can it will be shown in intimation.. Nd i hav recived intimation in that it will not shown so now what i will do !!

22 April 2012 Even when you have not claimed TDS may reflect in intimation as claim is allowed based on 26AS figure and not based on what you claimed.
Now File rectification onine by logging in with your PAN on incometax website.
