it is compulsory to take the TDS No. in a proprietorship concern in which F.Y. ended 2011-12 tax audit applicable.
further till now i have no TDS Related expenditure.

In this case, since the individual is liable for tax audit in FY 2011-12, he is required to deduct TDS for payments made in FY 2012-13.
