is it necessary to deduct tds u/s 194j on amount of rs exact 30000 given to professionals by a company

TDS rate is 10% u/s 194J

If billing amount less than 30000 than there is not need to deduct TDS. If upper than go to it

Tds provision will be applicable only if amount in excess of Rs 300000.
And if amount is 30000 only no requirement to deduct tds
And if amount is 30000 only no requirement to deduct tds
