Our firm has received intimation from TDS department for FY 12-13 for the fine for late filling fees and interest on late payments and this amount is very High. Please suggest me that should I compulsory to pay this amount, is there any concession available for above payment.

unfortunately, Income tax department doesn't negotiate or bargain on this..
