19 November 2011 SIR,

We are making payment to Kenya Government, for GMP Complince inspection in India,

Kenya Pharmacy and poisons board people will come India and Inspect our Unit and they will give certification, they will stay in india maximum 5days?

in this case TDS is applicable or not?
if applicable how much the Percentage?
Party PAN not available with us?

23 November 2011 TDS is applicable and in the absence of PAN rate is @20%, but if possible than ask for PAN number.
