TDS extra Paid.......

03 May 2010 If an company has paid extra TDS (U/s 195) for March 10 by mistake........Whether co. can adjust such extra amount with April 10 liability........or they have to claim refund for the same seperately ?

03 May 2010 THEY HAVE TO CLAIM THE REFUND FOR SAME........ADJUSTMENT NOT POSSIBLE AS AY CHANGES.

Even i am conclude the same.... but there is no any section under which co. can claim refund of TDS....or they have to make an letter to I.T. Dept.....
