05 March 2008 WHEN YOU WILL DEDUCT TAX YOU WILL LIABLE TO PAY THE AMOUNT WITH IN SEVEN DAY AFTER THE CLOSING OF THE MONTH
WHEN YOU WILL CREDITED THE AMOUNT IN THE CLOSING YEAR THEN YOU WILL PAY THE AMOUNT WITH IN TWO MONTHS FROM THE END OF THE YEAR

2 If the amount is credited to the account of payee on the last day of the accounting year, within 2 months from the end of the month in which credit is made.

In case of deuction by or on behalf of Govt.:

on th same day.

In case of others:

A) Sec 192 & sec.194BB:

Within one week from the last day of the month in which tax is deducted.

B)Others:

07 March 2008 TDS should be deposited with in Seven days from the payment due or payment made.

For the year end provision it is within 2 months from the end of the year.
