Tds deposited in wrong pan

My client earlier has a proprietership firm, later on they converted it into a partnership firm,.. Now due to some misunderstanding a TDS was wrongly credited to individual partners PAN instead of firm's PAN. can i avail its credit?? how?

No you can not. Ask the deductor to revise the TDS return by quoting the PAN of the Firm to enable you to get the credit of the same.
