Tds deduction on transporter pymt

13 July 2015 dear all, need ur valueable advice on following. i had recd service from my transport creditor n they hv raise the bill for april n may2015. now i m going make the pymt for that bill ie after june(where new amendment applicable for tds deduction on pymt to transporter hvng more than 10 vehicle).should i deduct tds or not. as the bill is raised before june month
