30 July 2015 Hi,

I am a female and working with a small firm. The employer is deducting every month 10% tds on my salary. She hasn't taken any investment declaration. My salary is 36k and my collegue salary is 15k..So we are loosing every month 10% on this. I know we can claim and get that back later. But still its impacting now on my wallet.

30 July 2015 I think u r not working as an employee... u r working as a consultant or on retainership basis.. under which tds wil b deducted @ 10 % without getting any deduction......

check this first and then let us clear more

30 July 2015 I am getting salary slip sir. I think thats the best proof of employment. Is this sufficient or shall I ask her about this ?
