SIR, I am trying to download a consolidated file from TIn-Central System entering in it the original data I fed in the Columns. I had conformed the data form the Quarterly Statment Status Segment. Still every time it shows mismatch.
Please help me in this regard as many notices are pending because of the above problem. Thanks in advance
If you are referring Original eTDS provisional receipt for entering the data in nsdl website, there are possibilities that details may not match. You have to take data from source documents/software. Fill it very carefully alongwith PAN and TDS amount of deductees of that quarter. It will match. Kindly recheck that you are entering data of correct quarter and you are selecting correct year and quarter at nsdl website.

Yes, when others say **"re-download the form"** or **"download consolidated file again"**, here's what they mean and how you can proceed step-by-step:
---
### ✅ **Steps to Download Consolidated TDS File (Conso File) from TRACES**
1. **Log in to TRACES** Go to: [https://www.tdscpc.gov.in](https://www.tdscpc.gov.in)
2. **Go to ‘Statements/Payments’ → ‘Request for Consolidated File’**
3. **Select Correct Details:**
* TAN * Form Type (24Q, 26Q, etc.) * Financial Year * Quarter * Latest **token number** (Provisional Receipt Number of the original return) * Provide the **exact details**: PAN of at least 3 deductees, TDS amount, and challan info
4. **Avoid These Common Errors That Cause Mismatch:**
* Wrong **token number** (even a single character mismatch will fail) * Incorrect **deductee details** (PAN, amount, TDS date) * Mismatch in **interest amount** entered * Wrong selection of **financial year or quarter** * Typing errors, especially with PAN or amounts * File downloaded using **wrong form type** (e.g., using Form 26Q instead of 24Q)
5. **Wait for Availability (Status: Available)**
* After submission, wait until the status shows "Available" * Then download the zip file using the requested token number and password (TAN in CAPS)
6. **If Still Not Working:**
* Clear browser cache or try in incognito/private mode * Try using a different browser (Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox preferred) * Double-check that **deductee data and challan amounts** are exactly as in the original return * You can regenerate the file request again — there’s no limit
---
### 🔧 Additional Suggestions:
* **Contact TRACES Helpdesk** at __________ if the issue persists * If interest mismatch is the problem, try with a **rounded off or slightly adjusted interest** (some users have reported that decimals create mismatch)

Would you like help preparing a clean input sheet to match the expected data format for the request? I can help you structure that.
