Can We claim TDS deduction of F Y 2015-16 in F Y 2016-17 which i have not claim due to not aware about deduction of TDS and not filed the income because income was not taxable ?

Yes, file return and seek refund.

TDS deduction of F Y 2015-16 in F Y 2016-17 can't be claimed. File belated return for F Y 2015-16 now and claim refund.
