TDS CERTIFICATE TO TRANSPORTER

Dear Sir,
I would like to know about issue of TDS Certificate to transporter
As we have been mentioning the same in our tds returns, whether we have to issue certificate to the concerned transporter because we have collected PAN Numbers of all transporters, hence tds is zero & as per procedure we have mentioned the same in tds returns.

No TDS certificates are not required to be given as no TDS deducted from them. The details are given in TDS return just for verification part.

TDS certificate required when deduction of TDS amount where taken place. no need to issue TDS certificate to Transporter.
