TDS CERTIFICATE TO TRANSPORTER

Dear Sir,
I would like to know about issue of TDS Certificate to transporter
As we have been mentioning the same in our tds returns, whether we have to issue certificate to the concerned transporter because we have collected PAN Numbers of all transporters, hence tds is zero & as per procedure we have mentioned the same in tds returns.

Issue of TDS certificate is not required. As no TDS has been deducted.
