suppose if i receive f.y. 2003-04 tds certificate in f.y. 2007-08 yr. can i claim tds benefit in 2007-08 return.
what is the time period upto which we can claim tds benefit.

No you can not.......You can claim TDS benefit only for assessment year 2005-06.
there is time limit i e upto 1 year from the end of the relevant assessment year.

No, you can not take the claim.
