if I deduct tds on contract for fin. year 2010-11. than tds certificate either issue on quarterly basis or yearly basis??????????

tds certificate is to be issued on qty basis

Form No.16--(Annually) By 31st day of May of the financial year immediately following the financial year in which the income was paid and tax deducted
Form No.16A--(Quarterly) Within fifteen days from the due date for furnishing the ‘statement of TDS’
