If transporter submit duplicate bill (by road transport), as original bill & supporting are misplaced, and bill is prior period, shall TDS is applicable?

Tds does not depend on original or duplicate bill if sec is applicable of tds then it need to be deducted.
Irrespective of date tds if is applicable needs to be deducted as per law.
