04 July 2014 Dear Sir,

I am individual and i had a audit u/s 44AD in FY. 2012 - 13 and liable to audit u/s 44AB in FY. 2013 - 14.

Kindly guide me applicability of TDS..give ansewer as early as possible because it's urgent..

04 July 2014 yes then in such case tds if applicable shall be deducted.

I'm liable to TDS for FY. 2014-15 but not in FY. 2013 - 14. Right?

04 July 2014 the rule is if in fy 12-13 if ur liable to tax audit then tds will be deducted in case of fy 13-14 so u need to check prev year.

Same i said that i'm liable to tax audit in FY. 2013 -14 means TDS applicable in FY. 2014-15... is it true.. Right?

05 July 2014 as per law if individual /HUF liable to tale audit u/s 44AB then he have to liable to deduct the tDS in next year. now you are liable to deduct the TDS in F Y . 2014-15.
