TDS of Rs 9376 was deducted from my father's salary(govt job).
AY 2012-13
Summary of computation is as follow:
Gross Salary: 371013
Deductions:(100000)
GTI: 271013
is there any scope for claiming refund of TDS deducted.
Kindly help.

Tds has been correctly deducted. It is the net tax payble on your father's salary. You can't claim refund of TDS.
