01 March 2013 An individual paying TDS on account of his technical services what should he do for getting his refund I he require filling of return under the income tax head business or profession , what are the deduction available to his technical services and also want to know what are documents needed for filling of return

01 March 2013 use form ITR4.

documents required - Form 16A, check form 26AS for tax credit, documents/ vouchers for the expenses to be claimed. check whether 44AA and 44AB are applicable or not
