06 June 2012 I had filed my return of Financial Year 2010-11 in which I had claim TDS of Rs.20000but income of Rs.200000.00 which related to TDS has not been taken as income due to clerical
mistake. As I have filed a belated return which can not be revised U/S 139(9). So Please guide me so that I could rectify the error in my return.

06 June 2012 You have filed for FINANCIAL YEAR 11-12 or ASSESSMENT YEAR 11-12??

If you have filed for Financial Year 11-12, then you can revise the return.

If, however, you have filed for AY 11-12 and the return is a belated return, then the same cannot be revised.

You have no other option to correct the return.
