10 May 2012 I want to know If Tds deducted in the F.y 2011-12 ,then the party coming in next F.Y 2012-13(job worker) Is that mandatory to deduct TDS before threshold limit in the F.Y2012-13 Please clarify

10 May 2012 TDS is required to be deducted only if the threshold limit is crossed. Every year is a separate year and TDS for the current year is not based on the amount paid during the preceeding year.
