can any one tell me the due date of submitting tds to the govt.?
also due date of filling its return?
can a assesse claim tax refund if he doesn't hv any pan no. also his income is below the exemption limit as per slab rate but tds hv been deduted at the source of his income ?

due date of TDS deposit is 7th of following month, and return is 15th of following quarter.
assessee cannot claim refund if he doesn't have PAN No. , for claiming refund he has to apply for PAN No. first and then to file the return and can claim refund
