WLL TDS APPLICABLE ON RENT PAID 15000 THOUSAND TO TWO DIFFERENT PARTIES

Threshold limit u/s 194I is180000/- p.a. for each deductee.
So upto 15000/- per month per deductee is exempted from TDS deduction.
If15000/- each is paid to two different parties even in that case TDS is not required to be deducted as the limit is for each deductee.
