Police protection Charges? Not quite clear...
I think you are talking about security service charges. If so TDS to be deducted u/s 194C.
Rate:
Individual/HUF @ 1%
Others @ 2%.
(Subject to threshold limit of Rs 30000/- single bill and Rs 75000/- annual payment)
