08 July 2011 Bank issued 4 TDS certificates for each Quarter. The detail of TDS should be filled consolidated as ONE entry or Separately according to the certificate issued in ITR Form?

10 July 2011 Each and very TDS has to be entered in each column as provided in ITR it is not material whether the TDS is deducted every month and TDS certificate is given on quarterly basis. If the TDS is deducted monthly then in a year there will be 12 entries and you have to fill up all the 12 entries in your ITR in TDS page.
