Sir,one sundry creditor in our company supply button, thread and fabric accessorize.his annually business is 4 lakh above. he does not charge vat. can we deduct tds yes/No and why.

No TDS on Sale and Purchase of Goods. Vat exemption limit 10 lacs in Delhi.
