As per the amendment, Due date for payment of TDS for the month of March 2011 is 30th April 2011.

yes, you have to deposit tds on or before 30th April

You are correct. The TDS deducted for the month of March ( From 1st march to 31st march)you can deposit the same on or before 30th april. This means the last due date extended to 30th April.
