04 February 2011 We have deducted TDS from salary of Nepal employees . now they dont have PAN. How can I file Quarterly TDS return ? for applying pan they dont have address proof of india

07 February 2011 that's not a worry you can still have PAN if you are Non Resident. Check the detailed guidelines for obtaining PAN by non residents.
