One of our supplier from Dubai done repairs work now we have to pay them charges . Whether TDS is applicable at what rate & under which section

Repairs Work is liable for TDS u/s 194C . Since the Supplier is outside India ,
Consider
Rate of TDS u/s 194C , OR Rate as per Treaty whichever is Less .
