i want to revised my tds return due to certain correction in chalan entry. As my original provisional receipt has been misplaced but i have the receipt ack.no.

At the time of revised return they ask for the copy of receipt of original return. So just ask the TIN FC where you deposited your original return to give you a copy of the receipt, by providing them the acknowledgment no.
