14 June 2010 When an employer pays any tax liability of the employee which otherwise the employee is liable. Then what will happen when the TDS liability of the employee has not been deducted from his/her salary but has been paid by the employer. It is obvious that it will be taxable in the hands of employee but how it should be considered i.e. the calculation method.
