Now any possibility to claim TDS Certificate of 2007-08 financial year.
One of our client deducted the TDS on 2007-08 financial year and not yet he cannot given TDS certificate to me, reconcile the accounts I had asked now, they told that they deducted the TDS in 2007-08 financial year but not issued TDS? If any possibility to claim that TDS certificate now, the Assessment for financial year 2007-08 not done. give any solution.

You need to file the revised return Time limit is with in one year from the AY so AY 2008-09 and time is there March-2010
